Natural colourings

The colouring agents naturally contained in fruits of intense colour are extracted from them in their pure form. The most intensely coloured product is Rubini®, which is produced from elderberry. They are used in the food and health sector as highly standardised products.

  • in the health sector as a natural source of anthocyanins,  for instance Rubini capsules
  • in the food sector to colour fruit preparations, beverages, nectars, sweets, ice cream, jams, alcoholic drinks etc.
