Ultra Filtration (UF) Polyphenol Extracts
The UF Extract is standardized to an active polyphenol and anthocyanin content. Ultra filtration is a sophisticated food technology process. We then convert the liquid extract to powder using spray drying and maltodextrin. This process allows us to retain the original food matrix and to comply with Food Supplement regulatory Standards. Our products retain the original flavor and aroma profile of the fruit and they are water soluble.
Our UF Powders have a wide range of applications for the functional food, nutritional supplement, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry. They are water soluble and standardized to Polyphenols, Anthocyanins and Colour. Can be formulated into capsules, gels, beverages, tablets and drinking powders.
