Ultra Filtration (UF) Polyphenol Liquids

Description:
The UF liquid is standardized to an active Polyphenol and Anthocyanin content. Using the juice concentrate as the starting material, the Polyphenols are further concentrated by ultrafiltration using sophisticated food technology principles. We then aseptically fill into standard container sizes. This process allows us to retain the original food matrix and to comply with Food Supplement Regulatory Standards. Our products retain the original flavor and aroma profile of the fruit.

No solvents are used for the Polyphenol enrichment. It is a purely mechanical production technology.

Our products have a wide range of applications for the functional food, nutritional supplement, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry. They are standardized by Polyphenols, Anthocyanins and Colour.
